As a key team member, you’ll provide engineering and consulting services across various projects and sectors, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards. You’ll lead field investigations, perform engineering analyses, develop plans, and oversee project compliance with specifications. Your role will also involve preparing proposals, managing budgets, resolving design challenges, and communicating complex engineering concepts to diverse audiences. You will also be involved in developing and mentoring new engineers who are working on the team, and reviewing their reports and calculations. Your expertise will contribute to impactful projects in public works, transportation, commercial, communications, energy, and industrial sectors.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
• Career level, fully competent engineering/construction professional with responsibility for managing detailed phases of projects with moderate size and complexity.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work.
• Work closely with senior-level project managers to gain additional project management experience for more complex and larger projects.
• Perform quality control review of proposals and reports written by others.
• Evaluate complex laboratory and field data for inclusion in reports.
• Serve as a technical adviser to junior-level project team members and potentially supervise field or project staff.
• Interact directly with client and project team on developing scope of services, communicating project
progress and findings and recommendations.
• Participate in marketing, sales, and business development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master degree in Engineering
• Minimum 8 to 15 years’ experience.
• Successful track record managing projects
• Energetic to Problem Solving
Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
