  • Oversee procurement strategies, vendor selection, contract administration, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with owner stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design-construction interfaces (CSA/MEP/Tool Install), startup/commissioning readiness, and facilities integration to meet capacity, performance, and reliability targets.
  • Proactively manage change, risk, and dependencies; lead mitigation and recovery planning to protect critical path and business objectives.
  • Serve as primary client interface; prepare and deliver executive-level updates and recommendations.
  • Coach and mentor team members, reinforcing Consertus’ culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of increasing responsibility delivering Advanced Technology projects, with data center and semiconductor experience required.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors on complex, fast-track programs/projects.
  • Proven command of project controls fundamentals (cost, schedule, change, risk) and monthly reporting for executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Owner’s-rep/PMO experience in mission-critical environments.
  • Toolchain familiarity: Primavera P6/MS Project, Procore, Power BI/Tableau, Bluebeam.
  • Experience with commissioning/start-up, turnover, and operations handoff.
