Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead, manage, and deliver complex projects within our organization. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Manage project execution from initiation through to completion, including tracking and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and resolve any roadblocks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered according to business requirements.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Provide leadership and guidance as a resource for questions and needed direction
- Facilitate project meetings, ensure effective communication, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Continuously improve project management processes and practices.

- Practice Paradigm implementation
- PatientFi/Care Credit & Clover integration
- Bank system/account updates
- NEA Fast Attach account integration
- Dental Exchange/clearinghouse projects
- Payor Web Portal and Access updates
- New Hire Access management
- Rev App integration
- P&P Ownership updates
- Intranet updates
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or project management type responsibilities, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- 3 + years of experience in healthcare, dental, or oral surgery focused Revenue Cycle Management.
- Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in financial services projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
