Weâre looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who thrives in shaping structure from ambiguity, challenges the norm, and brings a continuous improvement mindset to every project.
This is a key role in our Data & Digital Innovation Programme. Youâll play a big part in shaping how we deliver work across the business, balancing getting the fundamentals right with helping us move towards a more modern, data-driven way of working.

About the role
As Senior Project Manager, youâll lead and deliver complex technology and digital projects, the kind that upgrade systems, lift capability, and make life easier for our people and customers. Youâll bring the right level of structure, keeping scope, schedule and budget on track while also making sure weâre thinking about benefits, adoption, and value.
Youâll work closely with our architecture, IT operations, and business teams, as well as our external partners, to make sure what we build is practical, sustainable, and set up for success. Itâs a hands-on role where youâll need to navigate ambiguity, connect the dots, and bring people along on the journey.
