We are growing our Project Management Team in South Australia, and our Adelaide office is looking for Senior Project Managers who possess experience leading the delivery of Water, Environment or Energy projects by engaging, interacting, and collaborating to deliver key projects. In return for your experience, we’ll support your professional development and further strengthen your project management, design management and leadership skills.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Delivering client excellence by leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, collaborating across GHD’s regions to achieve project objectives and develop GHD’s design capabilities.
• Leveraging our business and digital systems to improve efficiency of project delivery and governance through proactive financial and quality management and planning.
• Mentoring junior GHD staff in project management and design management.
• Providing leadership to the wider team, in line with GHD’s values.

What would you bring to the team?

• Relevant tertiary qualifications with at least 10 years of project management or design management experience on Water, Environment or Energy projects.
• Proven experience in design management or project management roles, especially multidisciplinary projects across varying locations or portfolios of multiple projects for client or sectors.
• Recent, relevant experience, working within an engineering consulting environment AND/OR directly with state government clients or energy developers.
• Commitment to a client-centric approach to business, and a history of understanding and delivering positive client experiences.
• Strong commercial skill, with an ability to identify and decisively handle project risks and opportunities as they arise.
• Highly developed and open communication and influencing skills, both oral and written.
