This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Quantitative Project Manager in India.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Quantitative Project Manager to lead complex research projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will manage all aspects of project delivery, including client communication, vendor coordination, and team supervision, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior project managers, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while delivering actionable insights from healthcare research projects. The role is remote, India-based, and offers the opportunity to influence both project outcomes and team performance.

Accountabilities:

·         Manage quantitative research projects across the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.

·         Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, quality control, and adherence to timelines.

·         Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for interviews, focus groups, and surveys, including last-minute adjustments as needed.

·         Set up and test survey tools, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and handle project closing, auditing, and invoicing.

·         Lead project kickoff meetings and provide regular updates and progress reports on project status and recruitment metrics.

·         Identify and proactively address potential fieldwork or operational issues to ensure project success.

·         Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on best practices and workflow optimization.

·         Monitor project profitability and manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.



Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

·         7+ years of experience in market research, with strong experience in quantitative project management.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word; quick learner of new technologies/software.

·         Ability to plan project timelines, forecast fieldwork completion, and manage multiple projects under shifting deadlines.

·         Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

·         Experience in mentoring team members and fostering continuous improvement in project processes.
