Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Drilling Solutions to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and build strong client relationships within the oil & gas sector. This role is critical in supporting upstream operations by delivering tailored drilling solutions that align with both technical and commercial client requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define sales strategies in collaboration with the Division Manager.
  • Manage client requests, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of drilling equipment and materials.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports, market intelligence updates, and feedback for management.
  • Represent the company in technical and commercial meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards in all sales and delivery activities.
     

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales within the oil & gas sector, preferably drilling solutions.
  • Experience in ADNOC business processes, including pre-qualification, registration, and multi-level tendering procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Proficient in general business software applications.
