DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Drilling Solutions to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and build strong client relationships within the oil & gas sector. This role is critical in supporting upstream operations by delivering tailored drilling solutions that align with both technical and commercial client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define sales strategies in collaboration with the Division Manager.
- Manage client requests, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of drilling equipment and materials.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence updates, and feedback for management.
- Represent the company in technical and commercial meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards in all sales and delivery activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales within the oil & gas sector, preferably drilling solutions.
- Experience in ADNOC business processes, including pre-qualification, registration, and multi-level tendering procedures.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
- Proficient in general business software applications.
