JOB TITLE: Service Project Manager – Industrial & Energy Technology (IET)

• As Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project. Fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
As Service project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing requirements across the functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
• Working to own initiate to chase query and deal with multiple contacts within the business to ensure timely outcome.
• Taking ownership of all Coordinator activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
• Translating contract into detailed project plans while guiding internal execution to meet project targets
• Supporting site team to manage the installation schedule to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, control risk and enhance project profitability
• Identifying opportunities to expand the project to bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements
• Sharing clarity of all required scope and deliverables.
• Being compliant and aligned with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
• Supporting the team in monitoring KPI’s to analyse and measure performance to assist with improvements and action plans.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience in Project execution within Oil & Gas industry. Ideally within Manufacturing environment.
• Have at least 3 years as a Service project manager within oil servicing industry. 
• Have experience using Ariba or similar system, an advantage
• Show experience of collaboration and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment.
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
