Responsibilities:
<\/h3><\/div>- Plan, organize, and manage daily drilling and foundation site operations to ensure on -time and on -budget delivery.
<\/li> - Lead and supervise drilling crews, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
<\/li> - Ensure full compliance with German construction laws, safety protocols, and quality management standards.
<\/li> - Monitor project schedules, material consumption, equipment usage, and labor productivity.
<\/li> - Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align technical execution with project goals.
<\/li> - Prepare and submit accurate site reports, progress summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
<\/li> - Provide technical oversight and real -time problem -solving support to on -site teams.

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>- Vocational training or academic qualification equivalent to Anabin H Plus<\/b>.
<\/li>- Minimum of 3 years<\/b> of progressive experience in site management or earth drilling operations.
<\/li>- Proficiency in German (B1 level or higher)<\/b> for effective communication and documentation.
<\/li>- Valid driving license required for site mobility and travel.
<\/li> - Work location: NRW, Germany.
