Join our Software Project Management team to deliver cutting -edge automotive
embedded software for power electronics across multiple vehicle platforms. You will lead
planning, coordination, monitoring, and communication to ensure on -time, high -quality delivery,
tackling challenges through decisive action and effective problem -solving—both independently
and in collaboration with the team<\/span><\/div>- Assist in planning, execution, and release of software for power -electronics products.<\/span>
<\/li>- Align scope, requirement, and timeline via proactive and clear communication with
internal and external stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li>- Track deliverables, address risks or delays, and implement mitigation actions. <\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with hardware, system, testing, and quality teams to deliver milestones. <\/span>
<\/li>- Facilitate meetings, record decisions, and ensure timely completion of follow -up actions.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science,
or a related field.
<\/li> - 2+ years’ experience in embedded software development with exposure to project
management; background in the automotive or EV industry is an advantage.
<\/li> - Basic understanding of automotive quality standards and software development
processes (V -Model, Agile, ASPICE, ISO 26262).
<\/li> - Fundamental knowledge of embedded software (model -based, C++) and power
electronics systems is a strong advantage.
<\/li> - Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
<\/li> - Clear and effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
<\/li> - Collaborative team player with a proactive, ownership -driven mindset
