Pay Transparency
In compliance with SB 1162, Cal‑Solar (with 15 or more employees) is required to include a pay scale in all job postings—even those intended for future hiring. For transparency, the estimated pay scale for future Solar Installers is: $20-25/hr. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
