So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a talented and motivated Specialist Client Services Project Manager (PM) to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a client-facing, post-implementation environment and are passionate about delivering service excellence. You will be a trusted advisor to NICE’s customers, ensuring alignment between customer priorities and NICE’s business objectives. You’ll manage strategic relationships across client business units, influence tactical activities, and ensure maximum value is achieved from NICE’s deployed solutions.
How will you make an impact?
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the full project lifecycle: Initiation, Data Acquisition, Configuration, Data Validation, UAT, Tuning, and Deployment.
- Managing project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Establishing strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business users and management.
- Preparing project status reports and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Developing and maintaining standard practices for client implementations aligned with the Essentials TAM operating model.
- Advocating customer requirements and concerns to internal teams including Product Management and R&D.
- Creating and managing detailed project plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
- Engaging in both functional and technical aspects of projects.
- Coordinating multiple projects across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Aligning project objectives with company goals and ensuring clarity across project teams.
- Occasional travel to client sites (approximately 10%).
Have you got what it takes?
- 5+ years of experience in a service delivery or project management environment.
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Actimize AML and Fraud Solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and processes.
- Ability to influence decisions using data and facts.
- Experience interacting effectively with all levels of management and customers.
