Job Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
KN International is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Irrigation Engineer to support our landscape and infrastructure projects by developing efficient, sustainable, and compliant irrigation systems. The role involves designing, reviewing, and supervising irrigation layouts, hydraulic calculations, pumping systems, and network connections, ensuring alignment with project requirements and local authority standards.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Irrigation Engineer will collaborate closely with landscape architects, civil engineers, and project teams to deliver high -quality design packages, provide technical guidance, and support construction and supervision activities across various project phases.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  1. Design & Technical Development<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    •Prepare and review irrigation system designs, calculations, hydraulic layouts, and material specifications.
    • Develop detailed drawings, BOQs, technical reports, and design packages for tender and construction stages.
    • Ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure networks and project design requirements.
    • Recommend systems, materials, and sustainable solutions for irrigation and water features.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  2. Coordination & Collaboration<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    • Coordinate with landscape, civil, and infrastructure teams to ensure proper integration of irrigation systems.
    • Provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters, and junior engineers.
    • Liaise with authorities and stakeholders regarding infrastructure connections, approvals, and technical compliance.
    • Support emergency works coordination and public interface requirements when needed.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  3. Quality Assurance & Standards Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    • Ensure all irrigation designs adhere to local authority regulations and standards • Review and validate pumping stations, pipeline connections, chambers, and non -disruptive road crossing solutions.
    • Conduct design reviews, accuracy checks, and documentation control for irrigation -related deliverables.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  4. Project Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    • Provide technical support during construction supervision, installation, and testing phases.
    • Assist in procurement evaluations, proposal reviews, and contractor submissions.
    • Monitor work progress and report technical status as required.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Qualifications & Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Agricultural Engineering (Landscape Irrigation / Horticulture specialization preferred).
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in design, construction, and supervision of landscape and irrigation projects.
    • Strong knowledge of infrastructure networks and authority requirements.
    • Experience with pipelines, pumping stations, chambers, and non -disruptive road crossings.
    • Ability to coordinate with authorities and manage public -facing situations during works.
    • Proficient in:
        <\/span> - Irrigation design software and hydraulic calculation tools
        <\/span> - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
        <\/span> - Primavera P3 (preferred)
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
    • Strong attention to technical accuracy and problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span>
