As the Sr Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing large and/or high-visibility projects for key clients, leading project teams, and playing a pivotal role in business development. You will oversee project performance, mentor staff, and foster strong client relationships, all while driving innovation and reliability in electric distribution systems.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors, such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training.â

Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.â
