Sr Test Automation Engineer (+ Manual Testing)

We are currently searching for a Sr Test Automation Engineer (+ Manual Testing):

Responsibilities:

• Lead all test activities to ensure high product quality across functional and non-functional domains.
• Design and develop test cases, driving the identification of test scope and environment setup.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, identify relevant metrics, and track required effort.
• Manage test execution, review reports, and provide technical recommendations for design changes.
• Review and implement internal quality control standards to maintain high engineering benchmarks.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to evaluate and implement testing procedures for systems and components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and the full testing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks for UI, API, and back-end integration.
• Advanced knowledge of Selenium with Java or Python at a scripting and coding level.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps or similar defect management and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on implementing automation strategies.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
