Description

 

Tasks/ Responsibilities

  • Design verification for offshore pipeline & surf and/or structure;

  • Independent analysis relevant to offshore pipeline & surf and/or structure with DNV software tools;

  • Technical advisory work relevant to offshore facilities;

  • Project managing for third part verification/certification project, including pre-sale service, bidding preparation, project planning and executional controlling and close-out;

  • Supporting in-service verification service and attending relevant varication activities; 

  • Attending and Technical support to site survey work relevant to offshore projects;

Qualifications

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • Master degree (or above) prefer in marine engineering major or mechanics major

  • Basic knowledge of offshore industry and relevant standards

  • Strong ability with commercial FEA software (prefer have experience with DNV software)

  • Having a high degree of adaptability and flexibility for travelling and possible offshore work

  • Strong Self-motivated to learning and result-oriented

  • Ability to build trust, confidence and respect

  • Flexible, service-minded and with a positive attitude

  • Honest, open and committed to DNV’s purpose, visions and values

  • Good communication skills, verbally and in writing. The company language is English
