$12,000.00 Sign-On Bonus (subject to terms and conditions):
Sign-on bonuses are offered only to candidates who are hired directly by KAEKO. Candidates hired through outside recruiting agencies are not eligible for sign-on bonuses. This position includes a $12,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid in a lump sum following the successful completion of the first two weeks of employment and onboarding, and subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Employees who voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause within the first twelve (12) months of employment are required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. The prorated repayment will be calculated at $1,000 for each month of the first year of employment not completed.
