Job Summary:
candi seeks an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to champion our People & Culture team. While the core focus is on full-cycle recruitment (70%) for our Indian team, this strategic role offers substantial exposure to broader HR Business Partnering (HRBP) responsibilities (30%). You will work closely with department leaders and other People & Culture colleagues as a trusted advisor, ensuring candi attracts, secures, and retains exceptional talent, while also supporting the cultural and business goals across functions.



Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary focus, 70%)

  • Act as a true talent advisor to hiring managers, proactively partnering to understand business needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including: formulating job descriptions, sourcing candidates via cost-effective and innovative channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.), CV screening, initial candidate engagement, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer roll-out.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through effective networking, continuous market mapping, and engagement with potential future candidates.
  • Use recruitment data and analytics to share actionable insights and reporting with business leaders and the wider People & Culture team.
  • Stay on top of recruitment trends and benchmark candi’s processes against industry best practices.
  • Ensure successful candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, with a focus on culture fit and engagement.

HR Business Partnering (Secondary focus, 30%)

  • Support the People & Culture team by partnering with business leaders to better understand workforce needs, succession planning, and talent development objectives.
  • Collaborate in designing and executing HR-related projects (e.g., onboarding, employee engagement, process improvement initiatives, training).
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries for the Indian business unit, helping communicate and embed candi’s values and policies.
  • Play an active role in building a high-performance, values-driven team culture, contributing to team effectiveness and cross-functional projects.



Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to HRBP or generalist HR responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, practices, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business strategy and talent implications.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken English), stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural, or international environments is a plus.

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai / Pune with hybrid work options
