Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Lead to support and manage Electronics Controls/Drivers/Emergency product development projects. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management and a collaborative mindset to help drive project success. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Project Planning and Execution

  • Lead planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage day-to-day project activities.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
  • Oversee risk management strategies and escalate issues constructively for resolution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, and software development to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Process & Tool Optimization

  • Ensure adherence to project management processes, phase gates, and documentation standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Leverage project management tools to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bilingual (Spanish, English)
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment. 
  • Familiarity with product development life cycles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software. 

Preferred Skills and Experience
