Technical Project Manager (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one full on-premise deployment for a bank, telecom, or similarly regulated enterprise.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including internal networks, DMZs, firewall rules, access approvals, and production go-live processes.
• Solid technical fluency across system architecture, APIs, authentication mechanisms, databases, Linux servers, networking concepts, certificates, and log analysis.
• Ability to work closely with a Tech Lead, ask the right technical questions, and challenge assumptions without owning or redesigning system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience working with banking IT, Information Security, and Compliance teams.
• Strong understanding of data residency, security controls, audit requirements, and regulatory approval processes.
• Execution-focused mindset with strong ownership of delivery, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of on-premise platform deployments within a regulated banking environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities across internal engineering teams and bank stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed deployment plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate security reviews, VAPT activities, audit requirements, and approval workflows with bank IT, Information Security, and Compliance teams.
• Prepare and maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, rollback strategies, and go-live checklists.
• Review and interpret architecture diagrams, APIs, authentication flows, database designs, and infrastructure configurations in collaboration with the Tech Lead.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical delivery discussions with client stakeholders.
• Provide clear, structured, and regular executive-level status updates on progress, risks, and blockers.
• Navigate complex, slow-moving, and highly regulated enterprise environments while maintaining delivery momentum.
