What you’ll do:

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical advertising, who has experience with Veeva PromoMats and leading SEO projects. The ideal candidate will excel in leading cross-functional and cross-agency teams, driving complex initiatives to completion, and is comfortable in a high-growth environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage complex SEO project plans from inception to delivery

  • Coordinate across partner agencies to ensure best practices are followed

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SEO initiatives

  • Coordinate resources across various departments to ensure project objectives are met

  • Identify and mitigate risks specific to data projects, resolving issues proactively

  • Establish and enforce project management processes across departments for SEO workflows

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to all internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO; 2+ years in a project or team management role

  • Must have experience submitting creative and/or SEO jobs in Veeva PromoMats

  • Experience with a media agency or involvement in digital advertising campaigns is highly valued

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Experience working on an Agile team using a structured Software Development Lifecycle

  • Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana

  • PMP certification is a plus
