Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Driivz B2B customers, addressing issues, queries, and incidents under defined SLAs.
  • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting involving database analysis, system log inspection, dashboard reviews, and root cause identification of complex issues escalated by customers or our Technical Account Managers.
  • Triage and prioritize incoming support requests, accurately identifying the nature of the problem and delivering prompt and effective responses.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to resolve technical issues efficiently, escalate bugs, and proactively highlight critical or widespread incidents.


  • At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Support Engineer, NOC, or Tier 1-2 support role.
  •  Work Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 09:00-18:00 with a weekly night shift: 14:00-23:00.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL- essential for data troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Proficient in Linux - required.
  • Experience working in cloud environments (preferably GCP or AWS) - required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with network concepts.
  • Experience working with REST APIs - strong advantage.
