About the Aboriginal Health Access and Support Worker role
This First Nations role supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities by connecting clients to culturally safe health services, coordinating care and advocating needs. It involves assessing clients, facilitating referrals, delivering health education and building strong community partnerships.
Reporting to the Aboriginal Health Manager, this is a ongoing full-time role (1.0 FTE).
Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
