How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead project teams through all phases—concept, design, documentation, and construction administration.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor architects and technicians, fostering skill development and Revit proficiency.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, agencies) to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Drive innovation in design, sustainability, and problem-solving for complex builds.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, public presentations, and site visits across Georgia.

Are You the Right Fit?

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • Licensed Architect (GA or NCARB-certified)
  • 5–10+ years of experience managing architectural projects (civic, academic, or healthcare preferred)
  • Advanced Revit skills and proficiency in design/coordination tools
  • Strong client management, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities
