Position Mission:


Support the project team in estimating, planning, organization, and execution while developing skills for future growth.


Job Responsibilities Include:


Project Management:

• Attend weekly operation meetings

• Attend project progress meetings

• Accurately maintain action item log of job related commitments

• Create job plan and develop pre-construction information for project team

• Set project budget and billing schedule

• Obtain project specific permitting

• Write clear ' concise scopes of work and pricing for sub-contractors

• Establish job specific material/equipment pricing with vendors

• Update project schedule crew size

• Audit and approve material, equipment, and sub-contractor invoices

• Update progress meeting data consisting of near term schedule, delays logs, rfi’s and change orders

• Assist project manager in the assembly of monthly projection data

• Review most efficient access for each project with superintendent

• Review safety on job site with superintendent and or safety director

• Perform quality control check to ensure contract requirements are being met


Estimating:

• Attend pre-bid meetings

• Perform specification and quantity takeoffs

• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and vendors

• Assemble estimates, proposals, and presentations based on specific project requirements
