Position Description:
The Assistant Project Manager works with field management to ensure work is completed safely per the contract documents. They oversee assigned duties on projects from bid to closeout, which include:
• Take off and material pricing
• Material requisition
• Submittal review
• Equipment scheduling
• Permitting
• Change orders
• Productivity and quantity tracking
• Pay applications
• Close out documents
Normal schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience in a construction industry
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe or Bluebeam
• Experience with project management software and job cost reporting preferred.
• Able to clear a background check and pre-employment screening
• Valid driver’s license
