Who You Are:



  • Experienced in project management, project coordination, healthcare operations or similar fields
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment that requires adaptability and flexibility
  • Willing and eager to work as part of a team, where you will be able to improve your own skills while helping others on the team improve theirs
  • Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get down to work
  • S. Citizen or Green Card holder located within the United States

What You’ll Be Doing:



As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the implementation process, from project planning and timeline development through installation, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

You will work cross-functionally with internal technical and clinical support personnel, as well as external client stakeholders, to ensure project tasks are tracked, risks are identified early, and communication remains clear and consistent. This role is designed for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who are looking to develop their project management capabilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


In this role, you will:


  • Coordinate projects from sales hand-off to post go-live for both technical and clinical implementation activities.
  • Manage ongoing communications, timelines, and deliverables, meeting customer expectations in highly complex implementations.
  • Facilitate and manage communication between the client and Monarch team.
  • Define and document project tasks and resource requirements and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leads regular status meetings with the project team.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of Business Applications, including Salesforce and Office360.
  • Solid knowledge of Project Management software such as Monday.com
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
