Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Remote home office within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA; Pasadena, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Diego, CA; or St. Louis, MO.

Salary Range: $68,750 – $77,000 per year

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successful candidates will have the desire and ability to quickly learn and support a wide variety of green building services including: LEED (BD+C, ID+C, AND O+M), Fitwel, WELL, CHPS, Living Building Challenge, zero energy building design and certification, life cycle assessments (LCA), corporate sustainability reporting (ESG), and others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, environmental science, engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of direct green building project experience through internships, school projects, and/or work.
  • You will be required to achieve one accreditation (such as WELL AP or LEED AP) within six months of your hire date.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, document control, and polished reports.
  • Strong data/information management skills, including ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, organize and correlate findings, and translate that information into client deliverables.

  • LEED AP BD+C, ID+C or O+M credential; WELL AP credential; Fitwel Ambassador credential
  • Experience with ESG, LCA, Lighting Design, Energy Modeling, and/or Daylight Modeling
  • Previous experience with third-party building certification documentation
  • Master’s Degree in a related field
