Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote home office within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA; Pasadena, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Diego, CA; or St. Louis, MO.

Salary Range: $77,750 – $93,000 per year

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced project manager looking to manage all aspects of our clients’ projects from start to finish, focusing on year-over-year growth. This role includes a monthly billing target goal.
  • You are committed to making a positive social and environmental impact on the world. You will be evaluated three times per year on your performance and progress in these areas.
  • Excited to be a leader on the Verdical Group project management team. A coach, mentor, and technical advisor to staff, responsible for managing/planning associates tasks, project profitability, and the team’s professional development.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of direct project management experience, including supervising other team members.
  • LEED BD+C and/or ID+C credential, with experience taking a project from kickoff to plaque.
  • Expertise in green building rating systems and capability to independently run all aspects of a project, from kickoff to completion.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data/information management skills, including ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, organize and correlate findings, and translate that information into client deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, environmental science, engineering, or related field
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organization skills, with a fastidious attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple demands.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)

  • WELL AP credential
  • Experience with WELL certification projects
  • Experience with Envision, Living Building Challenge, and Fitwel.
  • Experience with sustainability program management, LCAs, Envision, Declare, ESG, net zero, etc.
  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Engaged and participating in local industry organizations.
