Will play a crucial role in leading the automation testing efforts across multiple projects. Automation resource will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining regression, integration and e2e test. The candidate should have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, automation testing tools, and the ability to lead a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, automated test solutions.For T3 Responsibilities:Design and develop comprehensive automated test suites for complex web applications.Ensure pass rate is maintained and failures are addressed on a timely, feasible manner.Has urge to constantly innovate and increase adoption.Comfortable in peer review activities and recommendations.Should be proficient in looking at test framework capabilities and recommend the right improvements as needed and if allowed should be able to modify and maintain the frameworkIntegrate test automation scripts into the continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelineAnalyse test results to identify potential areas for improvement Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects, integration issues and optimize performance Prepare detailed integration test automation reports and presentationsStay up-to-date on the latest integration test automation tools and methodologiesQualifications:Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web applications including integration testMandate IBM Tririga experienceProven expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright , SoapUIExtensive experience designing and executing automated tests for complex web applicationsIn-depth understanding of web application development practices and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIsExperience with behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlowIn-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-box testing and white-box testingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problemsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different project requirements and timelinesExperience with cloud-based testing platforms and API testingExperience with writing test automation scripts using languages like Python or Java
