工作职责
Serve as the key driver of e-commerce logistics growth by owning and delivering initiatives that upgrade service quality, enable new business opportunities, and continuously improve end-to-end fulfillment performance in a high-velocity online retail environment.
【Key Responsibilities】
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and roll out logistics strategies that are fully aligned with e-commerce business objectives, focusing on service-level improvement, cost reduction, and new-business enablement.
Project Management
Lead cross-functional logistics projects from scoping to go-live, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery through rigorous timeline, resource, and risk management.
Service-Quality Enhancement
Diagnose the entire fulfillment chain (order processing, warehousing, transportation, returns) and implement data-driven solutions that raise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
New-Business Enablement
Partner with business-development teams to evaluate and deploy logistics capabilities that support market expansion, new-product launches, and innovative fulfillment models.
Vendor Management
Own end-to-end performance of key logistics vendors (3PL/4PL, express carriers); negotiate contracts, monitor SLA compliance, and deliver year-over-year cost improvements.
Process Optimization
Continuously analyze and streamline logistics workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness; introduce best practices and automation technologies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build and track a concise logistics KPI dashboard; prepare executive-level reports that highlight progress, risks, and actionable insights.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Direct and mentor project teams; foster a high-performance culture while collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Service.
Budget Management
Prepare and control project and annual logistics budgets; maximize ROI through disciplined cost control and benefit realization.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide clear, timely updates to senior management, ensuring alignment on objectives, resource needs, and risk mitigation plans.
任职要求
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years of B2B/B2C logistics experience with at least two years leading complex, individual-contributor logistics projects (e.g., reverse logistics, new-flow rollout, quality/efficiency improvement) that delivered measurable results.
Demonstrated experience in tendering, contracting, and performance-managing e-commerce logistics vendors (3PL/4PL, express).
English/French communication skills
Project-Management Expertise: Proven record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
Leadership: Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive a high-performance culture.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin; capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Rapid root-cause analysis and decisive action under ambiguity.
Technical Skills: Proficient in data-analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI) and project-management software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
