A well-established and highly reputable commercial drywall contractor based in the Greater Atlanta area is seeking a qualified Drywall Estimator / Project Manager to join their team. This company is known for delivering high-quality work across a wide variety of project types and sizes, with a focus on professionalism, safety, and long-term client relationships.

Position Overview:
The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for both preconstruction estimating and day-to-day project management once jobs are awarded. This role requires strong technical knowledge of drywall systems and the ability to lead projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing using OST and Quick Bid

  • Manage awarded projects including scheduling, budgeting, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination

  • Communicate with clients, architects, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and profitability

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management

  • Proficient with OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Quick Bid software

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards

  • Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
