Commercial Refrigeration Technician HVAC

We’re looking for skilled and reliable Commercial Refrigeration Technicians that are Red Seal qualified to join our growing team in Ireland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems for a variety of commercial clients. Your experience in installations and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) within the commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail and healthcare industries will secure you this role.

• Install, service and repair commercial refrigeration systems (commercial HVAC air conditioning systems,cold rooms, coolers, freezers and display units).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
• Recharge refrigerants and ensure environmental compliance.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Respond to emergency repair calls.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

• 4+ years’ experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration.
• Expertise in cold room systems and large-scale cooling units.
• Experience with data centre cooling and climate control systems.
• Technical certification in Refrigeration or HVAC (Red Seal).
• Valid refrigerant handling certification (e.g., F-Gas or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical schematics and system layouts.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance standards.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
