THE POSITION
As part of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Commercial Operations team, the Host City Rights Delivery Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of brand and marketing initiatives, as well as the management of rights and obligations granted to Host regarding the FIFA Partners. 
 
This role will serve as a bridge between FWC26 Rights Delivery teams and brands, ensuring alignment, compliance, and visibility of all promotional and commercial activities in CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey.  

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the execution of Host City contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with FIFA guidelines and timelines. 
  • Monitor and report on the use of FIFA IP and commercial assets in the Host City, ensuring proper approvals and brand consistency. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Brand, Licensing) to mitigate risks and ensure smooth delivery. 
  • Provide regular reporting and documentation on Host City readiness, rights application, and brand integration. 

YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management, rights management, or event marketing. 
  • Experience working with government stakeholders or public-private partnerships is a strong asset. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
