Construction Project Manager | Restoring Trust & Delivering Excellence

The Project Planning Powerhouse A.K.A. The Force Behind the Finish

Are you a forward-thinking, proactive, and confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy taking ownership of various projects and want the ability to define your own success and earning potential? If so, we want to meet you!

At PHC, we serve people on some of their hardest days. As a Project Manager, you'll do more than manage budgets and timelines—you’ll be a trusted guide, offering clear direction and steady leadership to field crews and subcontractors, while ensuring quality and consistency for our customers who have experienced property damage. You’ll carry their project—and their confidence—across the finish line.

You'll be responsible for planning ahead, sourcing materials, scheduling resources, and delivering results that exceed expectations. But what truly sets you apart is your ability to solve problems with empathy, lead with accountability, and build lasting relationships with those we serve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Effectively plan, budget, and manage the process of returning damaged structures to a pre-loss condition
  • Determine scope of necessary repairs and work with the Estimator to determine cost to restore
  • Set and manage budgets and critical path schedules for all projects
  • Work with internal team, property owners and insurance adjusters to agree on scope and price for repairs to property before construction begins
  • Perform regular site inspections to make sure construction is on track with all involved parties
  • Ensure job-site cleanliness and consistently maintain a standard of property care that exceeds personal standards
  • Utilize software for job documentation, budgeting, planning, and scheduling
  • Work with field staff and subcontractors to ensure that jobs are completed on-time and under budget and that the clients are pleased with the completed project
  • Manage logistics of working with multiple interested parties, which requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Exercise entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the company’s growth through building and maintaining relationships and consistently delivering exceptional service
  • Lead an On-Call team once every six weeks

*Building construction knowledge and experience is required; damage restoration industry experience is NOT required.*

What’s In It for You?

  • Ownership and autonomy – take charge of your projects and see them through with pride
  • Control of your compensation - your earnings are tied to your performance
  • Make the calls – own the schedule, the plan, and the outcome with support behind you
  • Lack of boredom – every day is different, keeping you on your toes and ready to take action
  • An uplifting work culture – it’s time for you to actually enjoy coming to work!
  • A sense of purpose - you’re able to use your skills to make a difference in someone's life during their time of need
