Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Venesco LLC is looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support USAFSAM’s educational and promotional initiatives. This role involves collaboration with multimedia professionals and ensures alignment with Air Force branding standards.

The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit digital signage and marketing materials.
• Provide consultation on digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain and manage audiovisual/computer equipment inventory.
• Support branding efforts including logo and coin design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers and videographers.
• Participate in special projects and represent USAFSAM at relevant events.

Mandatory Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign or Illustrator).
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout.

Desired Qualifications 

• Familiarity with DoD branding policies (e.g., Tongue and Quill).
• Certifications such as HubSpot Content Marketing, DMI, or CDMP.
