Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the site's digital roadmap, in line with the Group's strategic orientations
- Management of digital projects/use cases: framing, preparation of specifications, evaluation and selection of digital solutions, implementation and deployment on site, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to integrate digital solutions, ensuring their interoperability and operational efficiency.
- Guarantee the security, reliability and availability of data feedback and digital solutions deployed
- Train users, support change and encourage the adoption of digital tools by field teams
- Ensure continuous technological monitoring and propose innovative solutions to improve operational performance
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on the progress of site digitalization projects, and prepare reports to assess performance and impact
General Skills :
- Excellent command of project management (V-cycle, agile or hybrid)
- Good knowledge of digital technologies: MES, Edge computing, ERP, BI, IoT, data analytics, etc.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Leadership, coordination skills and ability to federate multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical mindset, rigor and results orientation
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and data governance issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (operational, IT, management, etc.)
Academic Background & Experience :
Engineering degree in electromechanical engineering, mining, industrial engineering, IT engineering, project management, or equivalent with at least 3 years' experience in industrial process digitization.
The position is based in Marrakech.
