• Has 10–15 years of experience in irrigation and/or lighting systems.
• Is strategic, curious, and energized by problem-solving and growth.
• Knows how to lead people, manage systems, and drive change—with a strong desire to build something that lasts.
• Enjoys working outdoors and indoors, balancing fieldwork with leadership.
• Is ready to leave behind the headaches of running a business alone—but still wants to run the show.
• Preferably is licensed as a Licensed Irrigator.

You’ll oversee all aspects of our irrigation and lighting division—strategy, team development, customer relationships, and expansion into new markets. This is your opportunity to grow your own operation within a well-resourced, supportive company that has your back.
