Purpose and Job Summary:
Purpose is to expand seniors housing loan originations team in the west region to penetrate identified targeted clients not being covered with an emphasis on skilled nursing. Position will require experience in seniors housing with good understanding of core products of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and bridge lending.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Position will be responsible for seniors housing loan production. This will require product knowledge, sales skills and willingness to travel.
Travel Requirements - Approximately 25% depending upon production pipeline at any given time.
Education, Skills and Experience:
College degree with strong analytical and sales skills. Existing seniors housing credit and / or lending experience is required with strong experience with FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products for seniors housing preferred.
Required:

Strong product experience with seniors housing FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending.
