Job Title: Division 8 Project Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Division 8 Project Management and a thorough understanding of the construction industry, particularly in building doors and frames. Proficiency in Comsense is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage Division 8 projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
Oversee all aspects of the project, including procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation
Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure that all products and services meet or exceed industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Division 8 Project Management, with a focus on building doors and frames
Proficiency in Comsense (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
