DMC Project Manager (Madrid)

bnetwork is a SaaS accommodation management company based in Barcelona, Cannes, London, Madrid, Paris, Vienna & Singapore.

We have been managing complex hotel & accommodation management services for large citywide events (congresses, exhibitions, festivals, trade fairs etc.) across Europe since 2004.

We have an experienced DMC team, that organizes events, incentives, complex transportation plans, and all manner of B2B events in Madrid, and across Spain.

We have a new opportunity in our DMC department in Madrid, for a  Project Manager

Our DMC department, first within the event management portfolio of services we offer as an event housing management company, our bespoke & proprietary software, combined with our customer centric approach & philosophy have helped position us as the leading accommodation management company for b2b events in EMEA as well as a leading DMC team. 

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer requests.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Design & planning of Events.
• Budget preparation.
• Negotiating with suppliers & with clients.
• Invoicing.
• Supplier management (within a coordinated team).
• Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Profile:

we are looking for someone with the aptitude to step into a working team and help deliver events by coordinating and supporting established team members with initiative and proactive attitude.

• Commercial profile with excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish, English (other languages will be valuable)
• 2/3 years’ experience in a similar position or relevant experience of event management & deliver.
• A good knowledge of Madrid and Spain as event destinations, hotels and of the B2B Event (MICE) industry.
• Local market & industry know-how.
• Adaptability & versatility, patience, rigour & accuracy.
• Good level of Microsoft Office.
• Clear ethical approach.
• Be located in Madrid and have right to work 40 hours per week will be required.
