Petrolink is looking for 4 x Drilling & Well - Senior Planning Engineers; Drilling, Completion, Intervention, Plug and Abandonment & Subsea
This position has the opportunity for a 2 x 6 month extension.
Contract location: Stavanger or Bergen, Norway
Key information
Tasks
The Engineer is responsible for planning and design work related to the planned operations.
The engineer shall (but not limited to):
• provide the key planning for execution of Drilling & Well activities.
• support and follow-up of ongoing daily operations
• perform experience transfer and well reporting
• work in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend required equipment.
Offshore traveling on request.
Qualifications
We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:
• Master or bachelor’s degree within relevant technical disciplines
• Valid Offshore Safety Course (required for some roles)
• Valid IWCF (required for some roles)
• Compliance/Completion to internal competence requirements
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
