Site Engineer – Residential Development
Sligo | High-Spec Housing | Progression to Project Manager

We’re recruiting for a growing residential development company about to break ground on a large-scale housing project in Sligo (200+ high-spec units). This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer who’s ready to grow their career and step into a leadership path.

You’ll be involved in all aspects of setting out, site coordination, and technical supervision, working closely with the senior team. The right person will have a clear path toward becoming an Assistant Project Manager, with a view to running their own projects in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out for all elements of construction on-site

• Assisting in subcontractor coordination and quality control

• Ensuring works are carried out in line with project specifications

• Providing technical input and assisting with site reporting

• Supporting the senior team with project planning and management

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar

• 2+ years’ experience in a setting out or site engineer role

• Keen to take on more responsibility and develop into a PM role

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ambitious, proactive and ready to grow with the business
