What You’ll Do:

• Oversee engineering documentation and tooling activities to support our QEMS standards.
• Lead the APQP process and meetings to keep projects on track and teams aligned.
• Communicate directly with customers about tooling, design changes, and other technical details.
• Ensure on-time PPAPs and accurate billing — your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly.
• Champion a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in project management and engineering within a manufacturing setting — ideally with a Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in print reading, PPAP, APQP, and ideally some exposure to foundry processes and GD&T.
• Natural ability to stay organized, work systematically, and motivate others to keep projects moving forward.
• A collaborative, persuasive communicator — able to build relationships that keep complex projects on track.

Success Looks Like:

• Within 90 days: You’ll learn the ropes and start building trust with the team.
• Within 180 days: You’ll confidently manage projects independently and keep PPAPs on time.
• In a year: You’ll be fully driving our project management process and making us better every day.
