Field Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Southwest Atlanta)
Contract: 12 months | Likely to extend or convert to direct hire
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $46–$50/hour + paid sick leave & optional benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Field Project Manager to support and oversee multiple active construction projects in the Southwest Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of construction project management experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment, excels in communication, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
You will play a key role in coordinating field operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee daily field operations, coordinating closely with internal teams, contractors, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct project planning activities, define scope, and develop clear project objectives.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets, schedules, risks, and performance indicators.
- Provide consistent and timely communication of project updates, challenges, and next steps.
- Troubleshoot project issues and maintain organized, accurate project documentation.
- Mentor and guide on-site personnel, offering support and performance feedback throughout all project phases.
- Conduct routine field visits to ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices across the team to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of construction budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality control
- Familiarity with the Southwest Atlanta area is a plus
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
