Fire & Security Project Manager - London
Let’s cut to the chase – we need a proper Fire & Security Project Manager who knows how to run an install from start to finish.
 
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be managing 2–6 installation projects at any one time, ranging from £10K to £1M in value. That means handling the full install lifecycle – from procurement and planning to commissioning and client sign-off. You’ll coordinate in-house engineers and external subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and keep on top of WIP, invoicing, and reporting.
It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role that needs someone who’s not afraid to lead from the front, solve problems on-site, and juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
 
What You’ll Need to Have
  • Proven experience managing fire and security installation projects
  • Comfortable handling multiple jobs simultaneously, with strong commercial awareness
  • Solid grasp of P&L, WIP, CDM regs, and all the paperwork that comes with proper project management
  • Technical experience across fire alarms, access control, intruder systems, and CCTV (ideally with brands like Gent, Advanced, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton)
  • Organised, client-facing, proactive and reliable
  • A valid UK driving licence
