DescriptionAs a graduate trainee, your duties encompass participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, traveling, and assisting across different working environments to acquire practical experience. The goal of the Trainee Program is to equip the successful candidate with valuable practical experience and exposure, ensuring they are prepared for the job market.
Job Responsibilities
- Executes daily urgent operational tasks, which include replacing faulty equipment, addressing safety concerns, and responding to administrative requests, while also engaging in the analysis of these incidents.
- Offers administrative support to the Engineering team.
- Aids in the implementation of HSEE Management systems.
- Performs random audits and quality inspections on maintenance activities to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Manage payments with finance & reconcile contractor accounts and payments
- Analyze maintenance budget on a monthly basis
- Support the maintenance engineer with maintenance calls, analysis and remediation as required day to day
Requirements - B-Tech/B-Eng./Advance Diploma NQF 7 in Engineering
- Must be able to communicate fluently
- MS Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
