We are hiring Graduates in our different departments:
As a Graduate in VARD you will take part of our Graduate Onboarding Program, an initiative across all VARD entities to welcome newly graduated employees. You will become a permanent employee in a VARD company from beginning.
We are looking for high performing students that will graduate in 2026 in relevant areas. Examples: Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydro Dynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, ICT and Cyber Security.
VARD works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourage everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% the above.
