Job Title: IT Project Manager – HR Domain (Consulting)

Location: Hybrid in Beachwood OH

Employment Type: Consulting (1-2 year project)


About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who brings strong HR domain knowledge and a track record of successfully guiding projects from start to finish. This is a high visibility initiative supporting a major HR transformation effort including aligning people to the right roles managing organizational change and ensuring smooth integration with downstream systems.


You will be working alongside HR IT and operations leaders as well as trusted implementation partners to make sure projects are delivered on time on budget and with a positive impact on the business. What You Will Be Doingan an HR IT Project Manager:

Lead HR focused IT projects including organizational change initiatives and new HR platform implementations.

Partner closely with HR IT Finance and Operations teams to keep projects aligned across the organization.

Develop clear project plans manage timelines and coordinate resources to ensure delivery success.

Identify potential risks early and work with stakeholders to find solutions.

Maintain open productive communication between technical and business teams.

Support change management efforts to ensure minimal disruption to day to day operations.

Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to keep projects moving forward smoothly.


What We Are Looking For in a HR IT Project Manager:

Solid background in HR IT projects HRIS systems or HR transformation work.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) is a plus but not required.

Experience navigating the impact of system changes on downstream processes.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

PMP or similar certification preferred.
