Lead innovation in minimally invasive cardiac care.
As an Integral Project Manager (IPM) in the Interventional Hemodynamics Business Category (IGT Systems), you will lead the end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects to support and further expand our innovative hemodynamic monitoring portfolio. You will oversee cross-functional teams, work closely with external development partners, and contribute to strategic roadmap planning. This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering deep involvement in shaping clinical solutions that support cardiac interventional procedures globally.
Your role:
Drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of NPI and LCM projects within the Business Category Interventional Hemodynamic.
Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap in collaboration with the Business Category Program Team, ensuring alignment with the Business Category budget and resource plans.
Lead project execution across the different functional areas managing both internal teams and external development partners. Additionally, manage the project development activities within the Business Category for the application projects.
Manage risk, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with Philips’ Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate alignment between the Business Category and our internal and external business partners, whose devices are essential components of our monitoring solution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project teams to improve efficiency, documentation quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
You're the right fit if:
You hold a master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
You have 10+ years of experience in project and program management, preferably in medical devices or other highly regulated environment.
You bring a strong track record of delivering end-to-end projects from concept through to launch, including transfer to operations, service, and commercial teams.
You are proficient in methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, and demonstrate strong process discipline and quality mindset.
You possess strong business acumen and can balance technical detail with strategic impact.
You have experience leading international, cross-functional teams and are skilled in stakeholder management at all levels.
You’re fluent in English and confident steering a team in a fast-paced organization.
What you’ll work on:
You’ll manage complex product development programs involving Philips’ proprietary monitoring solutions used in cardiac interventional procedures. These solutions combine a software medical device developed in-house with hardware components and accessories sourced externally or from other Philips organizations. Key offering is our Philips Hemo with IntelliVue X3 solution.
You’ll work in a tight-knit team of approximately 15 professionals based in Best, including software engineers, test engineers, and system designers. You’ll collaborate closely with several Philips development partners, your colleague project manager within the team, and report directly to the Business Category Leader. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, the role entails both hands-on execution and strategic alignment.
